This role performs detailed assembly, inspection, and measurement activities to ensure all products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nAssemble small components, motion control products, and related systems in accordance with work instructions, job orders, and customer requirements.\nInspect components and completed assemblies using visual checks and precision measuring tools.\nRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, routers, job orders, and work instructions to complete work accurately.\nUse calipers, micrometers, and other hand-held measuring tools to verify dimensions and production accuracy.\nIdentify quality concerns, nonconforming parts, or assembly issues and report them to the appropriate supervisor.\nMaintain an organized, safe, and clean work area.\nFollow established company safety, quality, and production procedures.\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nAbility to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.\nAbility to follow routers and written procedures accurately.\nBasic math skills.\nAbility to use basic hand-held measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers.\nStrong manual dexterity and the ability to handle and manipulate small components.\nAbility to perform detailed, repetitive work while maintaining accuracy and quality.\nExperience with soldering, lead wiring, and forming is preferred.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand for extended periods, with periodic sitting, bending, and stooping.\nAbility to lift and carry materials weighing 10 to 30 pounds on a routine basis.\nAbility to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance.\nConsistent use of both hands to perform repetitive assembly and inspection tasks.\nClose vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus are required to inspect small components and perform precision work.\nWork Environment\nThis position works in a manufacturing environment and requires consistent attention to quality, safety, and production
