No offer will be extended prior to posting the applicable salary range.\nFull-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided.Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.\nProgram Manager Responsibilities Include:\nServe as the primary point of contact for the customer, contracting officer, contracting officer’s representative, and program team.\n\nLead all aspects of program and project management, including planning, execution, performance monitoring, risk management, issue resolution, and closeout activities.\n\nDevelop and manage program plans, integrated schedules, staffing plans, budgets, milestones, deliverables, and performance measures.\n\nDirect multidisciplinary teams supporting financial management, program management, IT, material management, logistics, and related mission requirements.\n\nMonitor contract performance and ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of all required products and services.\n\nIdentify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues to appropriate stakeholders.\n\nManage program resources and coordinate personnel assignments to meet mission priorities and contractual requirements.\n\nPrepare and deliver program status reports, briefings, presentations, and other required documentation for government and internal leadership.\n\nSupport financial planning, cost control, resource allocation, and budget execution activities, as applicable.\n\nEnsure compliance with applicable DoD, federal, customer, contract, and company policies and procedures.\n\nMaintain effective communication with government stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal functional leaders.\n\nUse Microsoft Office Suite applications to develop reports, analyze data, manage schedules, and prepare customer-ready correspondence and briefings.\n\nProtect classified, sensitive, and controlled information in accordance with security requirements.\n\nProgram Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:\nRequired Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in a business-related field; or\n\nBachelor’s degree in any field and an additional five years of qualifying experience, for a total of 15 years of experience supporting DoD organizations as military personnel, government civilians, similarly situated government organizations, or commercial organizations.\n\nAt least 15 years of combined experience supporting DoD or other federal agencies in one or more of the following areas:\nFinancial management\n\nProgram management\n\nInformation technology\n\nMaterial management\n\nLogistics\n\nAt least five years of program or project management experience.\nCurrent Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAWIA Level III Program Management certification; or\nAn additional five years of program/project management experience on a DoD contract, for a total of 10 years of DoD contract program/project management experience.\nDAU Lifecycle Logistics Level I certification.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related applications.\nActive Secret security clearance required on the first day of performance.\nMust pass pre-employment requirements of Cherokee Federal.\nCompany Information:\nCherokee Nation System Solutions (CNSS) is a part of Cherokee Federal - the division of tribally owned federal contracting companies owned by Cherokee Nation Businesses.
