This role manages laptop imaging and deployment, hardware troubleshooting, device lifecycles, asset tracking, and technology support for office locations. You will serve as a primary onsite resource for hands-on support and collaborate with the Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and third-party vendors to maintain endpoint standards and service excellence.\nAs a Desktop Support Specialist, You Will:\nDeploy, configure, refresh, and manage laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals throughout the asset lifecycle.\nTroubleshoot, repair, and support endpoint hardware, Windows devices, connectivity, and workplace technology.\nMaintain asset inventory and coordinate procurement, warranties, returns, and device recovery activities.\nProvide onsite support for conference rooms, audiovisual systems, meetings, training sessions, and office events.\nCollaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.\nSupport office moves, openings, acquisitions, and technology integration projects.\nMaintain accurate documentation and comply with security, asset management, and IT standards.\nContribute to endpoint standardization, process improvements, and continuous service enhancement.\nSupport occasional after-hours and emergency technology needs.\n\nWhat You Bring to the Role\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n3+ years of progressive experience providing desktop support, endpoint management, hardware deployment, or related IT support services.\nStrong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, endpoint hardware, mobile devices, and workplace technology.\nExperience troubleshooting hardware, peripherals, workstations, and endpoint-related issues.\nProficiency with endpoint deployment and management tools such as Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Configuration Manager, or similar platforms.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and authentication technologies.\nUnderstanding of networking fundamentals, including Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, and connectivity troubleshooting.\nKnowledge of IT asset management, inventory control, and device lifecycle management.\nStrong customer service, communication, organizational, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and vendors.\nWhat you can expect from us:\nOur shared values that foster inclusion and belonging including uncompromising integrity, collaboration, trust, and mutual respect\n\nThe opportunity to innovate and do work that motivates and engages you\n\nA collaborative environment focused on enabling you to further your career growth and continuous professional development\n\nCompetitive compensation and a total rewards package that focuses on all aspects of your wellbeing\n\nFlexibility to do impactful work and the time to enjoy your life outside of work\n\nOpportunities to connect and learn from professionals from different backgrounds and with different cultures\n\nBenefits Information:\nCherry Bekaert cares about our people.
