In this highly collaborative role, you'll work alongside business leaders, subject matter experts, instructors, and learning professionals to design, deliver, and continuously improve engaging learning programs that help our people thrive. This role offers the opportunity to influence the employee learning journey while leveraging instructional design, project management, and learning technology expertise to create meaningful development experiences.\nAs a Learning Programs Specialist, You Will:\nPartner with subject matter experts and business leaders to identify learning needs, define measurable learning objectives, and align training solutions with organizational goals.\nDesign, develop, and manage comprehensive course project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure successful learning program delivery.\nServe as the central point of contact for scheduled training sessions, coordinating with instructors, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver an exceptional learner experience.\nCreate and maintain engaging learning assets and course materials across multiple formats, including classroom, digital, video, audio, and other multimedia experiences.\nManage and maintain organized course documentation, content repositories, and learning program assets to support ongoing program success.\nAdminister and update learning management systems and learning technologies to ensure a seamless learner experience and accurate reporting.\nEvaluate learning effectiveness through participant feedback, engagement data, and learning transfer metrics, making recommendations for continuous improvement.\nCommunicate, market, and promote learning opportunities across the organization to drive participation and employee development.\nChampion learning excellence by ensuring programs meet established design standards and reflect best practices in adult learning and instructional design.\nWhat You Bring to the Role\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field.\nExperience designing, developing, and coordinating learning programs, training initiatives, or instructional content.\nStrong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.\nExperience applying structured learning development frameworks, including ADDIE or similar instructional design models.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders while meeting deadlines.\nStrong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.\nExperience using learning management systems and learning technologies.\nAbility to analyze learning outcomes, interpret engagement data, and make recommendations that improve program effectiveness.\nProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and business leaders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience creating multimedia learning content, including video, audio, virtual instructor-led training, or eLearning materials.\nFamiliarity with LCvista or comparable learning management platforms.\nExperience measuring learning transfer, employee engagement, and learning program impact.\nStrong facilitation skills and the ability to deliver engaging classroom or virtual training experiences.\nExceptional attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive, continuous-improvement mindset.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently while fostering a positive, collaborative team environment\nWhat you can expect from us:\nOur shared values that foster inclusion and belonging including uncompromising integrity, collaboration, trust, and mutual respect\n\nThe opportunity to innovate and do work that motivates and engages you\n\nA collaborative environment focused on enabling you to further your career growth and continuous professional development\n\nCompetitive compensation and a total rewards package that focuses on all aspects of your wellbeing\n\nFlexibility to do impactful work and the time to enjoy your life outside of work\n\nOpportunities to connect and learn from professionals from different backgrounds and with different cultures\n\nBenefits Information:\nCherry Bekaert cares about our people.
