In this role, you will lead large-scale ERP implementation and cloud transformation projects within Public Sector K-12 environments, managing projects from initiation through successful deployment.\nYou will work closely with clients, project teams, and leadership to drive delivery success, manage project risks, and maintain strong customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned project management professional with deep ERP consulting experience and a passion for leading complex transformation initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject & Delivery Management\nLead end-to-end, full lifecycle ERP and cloud implementation projects.\nManage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.\nEnsure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.\nMonitor project performance and maintain operational and financial metrics, including project profitability.\nSupport delivery governance and ensure adherence to organizational project management methodologies and operational policies.\nTeam Leadership & Resource Management\nLead cross-functional project teams, including onsite, remote, and offshore resources.\nAssign resources, delegate tasks, and monitor project team performance.\nProvide leadership, coaching, and guidance to project team members and junior project managers.\nSupport recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts within the delivery organization.\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.\nMaintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and referenceability.\nCommunicate project status, risks, issues, and milestones to clients, leadership, and stakeholders.\nAdvise project teams and leadership on tactical solutions to address project barriers and delivery challenges.\nRisk, Issue & Financial Management\nIdentify, manage, and escalate project risks and issues as needed.\nMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, risks, issues, and action items.\nSupport project forecasting, budgeting, and financial tracking activities.\nEnsure projects align with approved Statements of Work and contractual obligations.\nSales & Proposal Support\nSupport sales and pre-sales activities, including proposal development, solution planning, and pricing support.\nParticipate in client presentations and project planning discussions as needed.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.\nMinimum 10+ years of end-to-end project management experience.\nMinimum 5 years of ERP consulting experience.\nDemonstrated experience serving as the lead or sole Project Manager for large-scale ERP implementations.\nPublic Sector and K-12 project experience required.\nExperience managing cloud transformation or ERP delivery projects preferred.\nPMP Certification required.\nExperience managing onsite, remote, and offshore project teams.\nAbility to travel as required based on client and project needs.\nCore Skills\nStrong project management and delivery leadership capabilities.\nExcellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.\nStrong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.\nStrong customer relationship management skills.\nAbility to work effectively in fast-paced, client-focused environments.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\nCollaborative leadership style with the ability to motivate diverse project teams.\nWork Environment & Expectations\nWork may be performed in an office environment, hybrid setting, or fully remote depending on project requirements and business needs. Travel may be required based on client engagements.
