With world-class R&D, design, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, sales, and service teams throughout the world, we do it all.\nSummary of Responsibilities\nWe are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Facilities & Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional facilities, workplace, operational, and business improvement projects. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation through completion while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, budget requirements, and operational priorities. The Facilities & Operations Project Manager partners with internal stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption to business operations\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage facility renovations, space planning initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, workplace improvements, operational process improvements, relocations, and special projects. \nCoordinate project activities between internal departments, contractors, consultants, and vendors. \nEnsure projects comply with safety, regulatory, and company standards.\nOversee the beginning-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.\nDevelop comprehensive project plans, define milestones, create detailed schedules, and manage resource allocation across teams.\nAct as the primary point of contact for project updates, risks, and milestones; facilitate regular status meetings with leadership and clients.\nProactively identify potential roadblocks, assess project risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.\nPrepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, forecasts, purchase requests, and vendor expenditures. \nIdentify opportunities to reduce project costs while maintaining quality and project objectives.\nMaintain clear project documentation, track KPIs, and report on project performance and ROI.\nContinuously evaluate and refine project management methodologies and workflows to increase team efficiency.\nMaintain good working relationships with external vendors and internal departments. Always approachable and able to look at each challenge professionally and keep the organization’s best interests in mind. \nTake cross site leadership in helping shape the culture with our facility. \nPerform additional duties and special projects as assigned to support evolving business needs and organizational objectives.\nQualifications\nRequired Education and Experience\nRequired\n3-5 years of project management experience supporting facilities, operations, manufacturing, engineering, workplace services, or business transformation initiatives.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.\nStrong budget management and project scheduling experience.\nExperience coordinating vendors, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Project skills.\nSalary Range: $75k to $95k + bonus opportunity\nPreferred\nPMP certification.\nLean, Six Sigma, or Change Management certification.\nExperience within manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, or corporate facilities environments.\nSupervisory Responsibility\nThis position does not have direct reports but is responsible for leading cross-functional project teams and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization to achieve project objectives.\nTravel\nThis position requires up to 15% travel throughout each calendar year.\nWork Environment\nChervon North America operates in a casual and fun environment.
