This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:\nOperational & System Support\nProvide first-level support for finance processes, applications, reporting tools, and system-related issues.\nInvestigate process or system exceptions, determine root causes, and coordinate resolution with the appropriate teams.\nMonitor recurring issues and identify opportunities for permanent fixes rather than relying on manual workarounds.\nSupport users during system changes, enhancements, migrations, and implementation of new processes.\nProject & Process Improvement\nParticipate in finance transformation, migration, automation, and continuous-improvement projects.\nGather and document business requirements and translate operational needs into clear requirements for technical teams.\nPerform current-state and future-state process analysis and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation.\nCoordinate project activities, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.\nSupport user acceptance testing, defect resolution, implementation, and post-go-live stabilization.\nMeasure and document project benefits such as capacity savings, cycle-time reduction, improved data quality, and control improvements.\nData, Reporting & Analytics\nAnalyze operational and financial data to identify trends, exceptions, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.\nDevelop or maintain dashboards and management reports using tools such as Excel and Power BI.\nSupport data validation and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy.\nTranslate analysis into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.\nStakeholder & Change Management\nCoordinate across Finance, Operations, IT, and other business partners to resolve issues and deliver projects.\nFacilitate working sessions to gather requirements, validate solutions, and track actions.\nCommunicate project progress, risks, issues, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.\nPrepare training materials and provide user training or knowledge transfer.\nSupport adoption of new tools and processes following implementation.\nControls & Governance\nEnsure processes and solutions consider internal controls, compliance requirements, segregation of duties, and appropriate documentation.\nSupport remediation of control or process gaps.\nMaintain appropriate evidence and documentation for implemented changes.\nIdentify risks arising from manual activities, system limitations, or process breakdowns and support mitigation plans.\nAbout You\nWe know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people.
