The role partners closely with business leaders, asset teams, Operations, Delivery Leads, Audit, partner orgs, and other Finance stakeholders to integrate the three lenses of performance - actuals, plan, and competition - into business decision-making.\nThis position serves as a trusted advisor to leadership by delivering high-quality financial and operational insights, supporting business processes, and enabling data-driven decisions that improve competitiveness and business outcomes.\nResponsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:\nLead financial performance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.\nEvaluate key performance drivers and profitability trends.\nDevelop strategic analyses and recommendations to inform leadership decisions.\nPartner with business leaders to support planning and informed decision-making.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or another similar discipline.\nAt least 5+ years Finance/FP&A or industry experience\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAdvanced proficiency in digital tools and technologies\nProficiency in ERP systems, including SAP\nHighly developed analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior management effectively and tailor messaging to diverse audiences\nRelocation Options:\nRelocationwill not be considered.\nInternational Considerations:\nExpatriate assignments will not be considered.\nChevron regrets that it is unable to sponsor employment Visas or consider individuals on time-limited Visa status for this position.\nU.S. Regulatory notice:\nChevron is an Equal Opportunity employer.
