We are seeking a skilled Application Engineer to join our team and provide critical support for Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application engineering, with specific experience in supporting and maintaining Hyperion HFM systems. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of HFM applications, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various departments to optimize business processes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide end-to-end support for Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), including data integration, report generation, system maintenance, and financial close activities\nCollaborate with IT and finance teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions that enhance HFM functionality. Support acquisitions and divestment activities.\nSupport internal and external Auditing requirements.\nSupport activities on regular system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and configuration changes.\nDevelop and maintain documentation for HFM processes, procedures, and best practices.\nAssist in the design and implementation of new features and enhancements for HFM applications.\nProvide training and support to end-users on HFM applications and related tools.\nQualifications:\nProven experience in application engineering, with a focus on Hyperion Financial Management, including its architecture, modules, and functionalities, is crucial. This includes knowledge of data integration, consolidation, and reporting processes\nExperience with other Oracle EPM products, such as FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service), PBCS, Hyperion Planning, and FDMEE\nStrong understanding of financial management processes and systems (business planning & budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and consolidation)\nExperience with system integration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Experience with integrating HFM with other enterprise systems, such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), to ensure seamless data flow and consistency\nAbility to create and maintain complex financial reports using tools like Hyperion Reports, Smart View, and other reporting tools\nSolid understanding of application model in HFM or similar Oracle EPM applications, including metadata structures, dimensions, and hierarchies\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with finance, IT, and other departments.
