Successful candidates will join the IT Organization which is part of a multifunction service center with a workforce of more than 1500 employees that deliver business services and solutions to the corporation across the globe.\nThis position plays an active role in the software development lifecycle with a primary focus on third party vendor software for the shipping business and supporting in-house developed integrations.\nResponsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:\nAnalyze and evaluate IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement. \nDesign and implement efficient IT solutions to meet business requirements in collaboration with technical teams.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements. \nPerform system testing and validation procedures. \nProvide technical support and training to end-users. \nMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. \nMaintain and update system documentation. \nEnsure data security and compliance with company policies. \nRequired Qualifications:\nHands on experience developing or supporting solutions using Microsoft tools (.Net, SQL, Power Platform).\nProficient communication and facilitation skills with solid ability to convey business and technical information to a diverse audience.\nFamiliarity with vendor management. \nProficient analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to engage difficulties with persistence.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working with agile methodologies\nExperience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps\nFamiliarity with integration patterns (API, Messaging)\nFamiliarity with (any of these) Boss, VIP (Veson), Voyager Portal, knowledge of the
