# Complex Facility Process Engineer

Takes ownership of assigned units and work, building technical depth and independence with guidance and mentoring from experienced engineers. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Provide process troubleshooting support for assigned units, make technical recommendations, answer technical inquiries, improve process engineering tools, and develop process procedures. Carry out reliability and hazard analysis studies, and support larger team-led studies, to improve plant safety, reliability, and economics. Identify gaps between current performance and best-in-class and recommend opportunities for improvement. Plan and conduct test runs to optimize process variables and evaluate plant performance.
