This role will be based in Chevron’s office in Bengaluru.\nThe Digital Twin Change Manager role is part of the Engineering Services organization within Chevrons ENGINE Center and leads the change management, communications, training, and adoption workstreams required to embed Digital Twin capabilities into daily work across Chevron teams and operating assets. This role focuses on preparing users, leaders, and stakeholders for new ways of working by building change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, role-based communications, training materials, champion networks, and adoption reinforcement mechanisms. The position helps ensure that Digital Twin is understood, trusted, and used as a practical system of work for engineering, operations, maintenance, projects, turnaround planning, and related business workflows. The role also partners with product managers, program managers, business units, ENGINE, IT, vendors, and local site leaders to identify adoption barriers, track usage and feedback, and drive sustained value realization from Digital Twin deployments and enhancements. \nKey responsibilities:\n\nDevelops and executes change management strategies that improve change readiness, user adoption, and sustained behavior change for Digital Twin deployments, enhancements, and new business workflows.\nPartners with Digital Twin product managers, program managers, solution teams, business units, ENGINE, IT, vendors, and site leaders to align change plans with product roadmaps, deployment schedules, and operational priorities.\nIdentifies impacted stakeholder groups, user personas, local champions, leadership sponsors, and change agents needed to support adoption across engineering, operations, maintenance, projects, and turnaround communities.\nCreates and manages role-based communications, awareness campaigns, leader toolkits, success stories, quick reference guides, training materials, and adoption reinforcement messages that explain how Digital Twin improves day-to-day work.\nCoordinates training, onboarding, coaching, office hours, launch events, and refresher sessions to help users build confidence and incorporate Digital Twin into standard workflows.\nTracks adoption metrics, user feedback, training participation, leadership engagement, and change risks to identify barriers and recommend targeted interventions that increase sustained usage and value realization.\nSupports local champion networks and business superusers by equipping them with messaging, demonstrations, tips, feedback channels, and practical guidance for peer-to-peer adoption.\nDocuments lessons learned, adoption playbooks, communication templates, and reusable change assets to improve consistency and scalability across Digital Twin deployments and product releases.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Organizational Change Management, Communications, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in enterprise change, adoption, or transformation roles.\nDemonstrated experience leading change management, communications, training, stakeholder engagement, or adoption activities for enterprise technology, digital transformation, or operational improvement initiatives.\nDemonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business messages, practical user guidance, and role-based adoption plans for both technical and non-technical audiences.\nPreferred qualification\n\n10+ yrs of experience supporting change management for digital solutions in oil and gas, facilities engineering, manufacturing, capital projects, maintenance, operations, or other complex industrial environments.\nWorking knowledge of digital twin concepts, product adoption, user analytics, agile delivery, stakeholder mapping, and business value realization.\nExperience building leader sponsorship plans, champion networks, communication cascades, launch events, training plans, and adoption reinforcement campaigns.\nFamiliarity with enterprise collaboration tools, learning platforms, Power BI or usage dashboards, product release communications, and change management methods such as ADKAR, or similar frameworks is a plus.\nWhat we can offer you\nEverything we do at Chevron is guided by our values and our commitment to The Chevron Way. \nHave the opportunity to take part in world-leading energy projects, advance your professional development and expand your career within an inclusive and collaborative workplace.\nJoin a workplace where innovation, collaboration and safety are at the core of how we work.\nWork in thoughtfully designed environments that support focus, well-being, and innovation enhanced by digital tools that enable seamless collaboration.\nGrow through structured learning, mentorship, and opportunities to contribute to impactful projects that align with Chevron’s values and business priorities.\nAccess comprehensive benefits that support your health, well-being, and work-life balance.\nEngage with emerging technologies and digital solutions that are shaping the future of energy and enterprise.\nChevron ENGINE supports global operations, supporting business requirements across the world.
