The position supports lease maintenance, contract administration, ownership management, obligation tracking, and land-system processes required to maximize value and maintain compliance across the Permian asset base. The successful candidate will work closely with Land Representatives, Land Management, GIS, Ownership, Revenue Accounting, Legal, Operations, Regulatory, and other business partners to support Base Operations activities. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Maintain lease, contract, easement, and agreement data in applicable land systems. Monitor and manage lease obligations, term expirations, shut-in requirements, continuous-development provisions, and other contractual commitments.
