This role is integral to our Technical team, where engineering excellence drives our operational success. As a Reliability Engineer specializing in fixed equipment, you will champion the Mechanical Integrity program, working tirelessly to optimize equipment reliability and availability. Your contributions will help us sustain safe, efficient, and cost-effective chemical processing operations.\nWe're seeking a professional with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in refinery or chemical plant engineering settings. We welcome applicants who bring a strong sense of accountability and adaptability, and who thrive in multidisciplinary teams dedicated to innovation and operational excellence.\nResponsibilities\nImplements corporate Mechanical Integrity program at the site.\nCollects and analyzes reliability metrics to identify bad actors.\nParticipates in the development, design and installation of predictive maintenance programs and technology applications to identify and eliminate defects.\nCoordinates with site stakeholders to establish and maintain the proper stocking levels of parts and equipment required to provide maximum equipment uptime at the lowest possible costs.\nExecutes the identification and elimination of bad actors and the optimization of equipment availability.\nMonitors field inoperable equipment logs for remediation needs.\nAssesses and adjusts specific equipment tolerances and specifications.\nParticipates in equipment failure investigations and cause analysis and implement action items to prevent recurrence using Cause Analysis tools.\nPlans and coordinates projects from inception to completion ensuring efficient implementation, timely completion, and compliance to budget.
