This role designs, develops, deploys, and supports platform capabilities that enable citizen developers, business users, and professional developers to build secure and scalable business solutions.\nThe engineer will develop custom platform services, automation, APIs, and integrations that extend native Power Platform capabilities while ensuring compliance with enterprise governance standards. The role also supports platform administration, environment management, licensing, capacity planning, Copilot and AI enablement, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, security controls, monitoring, and operational support.\nSuccess in this role requires expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, DevOps, API development, automation, and enterprise platform governance, with a focus on delivering a secure, scalable, and well-governed developer experience.\nAs a Power Platform Software Integration Engineer, you will:\nPower Platform Engineering & Administration\nAdminister and support Microsoft Power Platform environments, tenants, and platform services.\nManage environment strategy, governance controls, capacity monitoring, and platform operations.\nDesign and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and platform security controls.\nManage Power Platform licensing, consumption reporting, AI credits, Copilot credits, and capacity utilization.\nDevelop operational dashboards and telemetry solutions to monitor platform health, adoption, and consumption.\nSupport platform upgrades, feature rollouts, and lifecycle management activities.\nPlatform Development & Extensibility\nDesign and develop custom services, APIs, connectors, and extensions that enhance native Power Platform capabilities.\nBuild automation and orchestration solutions using Power Platform, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other cloud-native technologies.\nDevelop custom solutions that integrate with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Azure, and enterprise systems.\nExtend and automate Power Platform deployment pipelines, governance controls, approval workflows, and operational processes.\nDevelop reusable frameworks, components, and engineering patterns to improve platform adoption and scalability.\nSoftware Engineering & Integration\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain APIs and integration services using .NET, C#, and Microsoft Azure.\nBuild integrations across enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, data platforms, and operational systems.\nImplement event-driven and API-first integration patterns.\nOptimize solutions for performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.\nEstablish CI/CD practices leveraging GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform Pipelines.\nGovernance & Platform Enablement\nCollaborate with product owners, architects, security teams, and platform stakeholders.\nSupport governance initiatives including DLP, environment management, access controls, managed environments, and Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) practices.\nEstablish and maintain standards, guardrails, and engineering best practices for Power Platform development.\nMentor developers and citizen developers on platform capabilities and governance expectations.\nAbout You\nWe know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people.
