This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:\nDAILY CASH RECONCILIATION and EXCEPTIONS HANDLING\nReview and perform daily cash reconciliation and exception handling for Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) or Commission Agent (CA) stations to ensure that cash deposited in the bank agrees with the reported cash received in the Retail System.\nReport all exceptions noted during the performance of daily cash reconciliation. Follow - up responses to exceptions, as necessary.\nPrepare and submit applicable reports.\nBANK and ACCOUNT RECONCILIATION\nPerform monthly bank reconciliation for COCO/CA station bank accounts.\nPerform monthly account reconciliation on assigned MOP accounts.\nReview, analyze and investigate reconciling items noted in the reconciliation in collaboration with the in-country COCO/CA Accountant.\nTrace and escalate reconciling items following FSS trace and escalation standards. \nOTHER ACTIVITIES\nPerform Shift Summary to generate entries in Retail System general ledger.\nValidate Retail System to SAP interfaces of COCO/CA wetstock sales transactions. Resolve any errors encountered during the upload. \nGroup mailbox handling and monitoring.\nPerform other daily activities as deemed applicable.\nMONTH END CLOSING ACTIVITIES\nValidate Retail System to SAP interfaces for monthly Revenue and COGS\nEnsure all relevant station transactions are recorded in the month\nPrepare journal entries for adjustments arising from operational or technical issues.\nPrepare and submit post close (MEC) reports.\nOTHER INITIATIVES AND ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTION\nProvide support to customers on initiatives/projects\nInitiate process improvements\nParticipate in trainings and self-study courses/knowledge sharing sessions\nEnsure all accounting records and supporting documents relating to the above are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and corporate record retention policies.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.\nAbout You\nWe know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people.
