Successful candidates will join the ERP Logistics team, which is part of a multifunction service and technical center with a workforce of more than 1800 employees that deliver business services and solutions to the corporation across the globe.\nOverview:\nWe are looking for a highly technical and hands-on SAP SD Application Engineer to join our ERP Logistics team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience supporting and implementing SAP SD solutions in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments and be comfortable working directly in the system to troubleshoot, analyze, configure, and resolve complex issues.\nResponsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:\nWork directly in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments to support and implement SAP SD solutions.\nTroubleshoot, analyze, configure, and resolve complex SAP SD production issues.\nPerform root cause analysis and solution design independently.\nPerform debugging and technical analysis, including analyzing ABAP code when required.\nWork closely with ABAP developers and review technical specifications.\nSupport integrations between SAP SD and other SAP and non-SAP systems.\nWork in Agile delivery models and interact directly with business stakeholders.\nSupport automation and continuous improvement initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications:\n10+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience in support and project delivery environments.\nSAP S/4HANA experience.\nStrong SAP SD configuration experience, including Order-to-Cash processes.\nProven experience analyzing and troubleshooting complex production issues.\nAbility to work independently on root cause analysis and solution design.\nStrong debugging and technical analysis skills.\nExperience working closely with ABAP developers and reviewing technical specifications.\nAbility to analyze ABAP code and perform debugging when required.\nExperience with integrations between SAP SD and other SAP/non-SAP systems.\nComfortable working in Agile delivery models and interacting directly with business stakeholders.\nStrong communication skills in English.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge of IDocs, interfaces, APIs, and integration technologies.\nExperience with SAP Security concepts.\nExperience with automation and continuous improvement initiatives.\nKnowledge of MM, EWM, TM, or other
