solutions to the corporation across the globe.\nThe ServiceNow Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between the ServiceNow platform and enterprise OT systems.\nThis role focuses on enabling seamless data exchange, automating workflows, and ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable integrations that support business and operational processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with ServiceNow Team to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with internal and external OT systems.\n\nBuild and manage integrations using ServiceNow APIs and middleware solutions.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to: gather integration requirements define data flows and interfaces.\n\nEnsure data quality, consistency, and reliability across integrated systems.\n\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues and failures.\n\nImplement logging, alerting, and error handling mechanisms.\n\nSupport automation of workflows and business processes through integrations.\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation for integrations.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nProven experience developing ServiceNow integrations.\n\nStrong experience with: REST / SOAP APIs JSON / XML data formats.\n\nExperience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).\n\nUnderstanding of: system integration patterns data transformation and mapping.\n\nFamiliarity with: authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, etc.).\n\nAbility to work in cross-functional, Agile teams.\n\nPreferred / Nice to Have\nExperience with Azure integration services (Logic Apps, API Management).\n\nExperience integrating ServiceNow with tools such as: Azure DevOps monitoring or ITSM tools.\n\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\n\nExperience in enterprise environments (Oil & Gas / OT is a plus).\n\nServiceNow certifications (CAD or equivalent).\n\nRelocation Options:\nRelocation may be considered.\nInternational
