corporation across the globe.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:\nDesign, develop, enhance, and deploy intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.\nIntegrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems like Workday and ServiceNow\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Copilot experiences.\nOptimize and maintain existing Copilot solutions for performance and scalability.\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).\nStrong understanding of Power Platform Solution management, environments, and deployment\nHands-on experience or strong familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and related AI development tools.\nProficiency in building conversational AI solutions, with exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio preferred.\nExperience developing low-code/no-code AI solutions, ideally using Microsoft Copilot Studio.\nAbility to quickly learn and apply Microsoft Copilot Studio for creating and deploying AI solutions.\nStrong understanding of Generative/Agentic AI and Responsible AI\nStrong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and integration patterns.\nAbility to apply best practices in low code development\nExperience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps) for extending Power Platform capabilities.\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferrred Qualifications:\nMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent certification.\nExperience with consuming RESTful APIs and SOAP web services\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.\nPrior experience in developing enterprise-grade applications using Power Platform.\nKnowledge of security and governance within Power Platform environments.\nExperience with Human
