This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.\nResponsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:\nSolution Delivery Leadership\nLead the integration delivery team to successfully execute projects, enhancements, and operational support commitments\n\nOversee solution design, development, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities across SAP and non-SAP environments\n\nEnsure delivery quality, adherence to technical standards, and alignment with business priorities and enterprise architecture\n\nManage prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery planning to achieve business objectives\n\nOwn the long-term health, evolution, and delivery of SAP Integration Suite, Azure API capabilities, and middleware technologies\n\nIntegration Strategy & Technical Leadership\nMaintain the technical roadmap, architecture standards, and integration patterns for ERP integration platforms and services\n\nProvide technical leadership for SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP API Management, SAP Event Mesh, and related integration technologies\n\nEnsure integration solutions support long-term sustainability, operational reliability, scalability, and security requirements\n\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend modernization opportunities that improve integration capabilities and business value\n\nTechnical Architecture & Engineering ·\nPromote reusable integration frameworks, standards, and best practices\n\nEnsure adherence to SAP Clean Core principles and extensibility standards\n\nPartner with Solution Architects to ensure integration solutions align with enterprise architecture and broader product strategies\n\nDrive API-first architecture and integration best practices across ERP products and services\n\nEnsure robust monitoring, error handling, resiliency, retry mechanisms, and observability capabilities are implemented\n\nGuide teams in the use of integration technologies including REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, SFTP, JSON, XML, and cloud integration patterns\n\nStakeholder Management\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, ERP Functional Analysts, Solution Architects, Product Managers, and other technical teams to define and prioritize integration requirements\n\nCommunicate technical considerations, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to both technical and business audiences\n\nManage expectations and facilitate alignment across multiple teams and delivery organizations\n\nPeople Leadership & Talent Development\nLead, coach, and mentor integration engineers and technical specialists\n\nFoster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation\n\nSupport workforce planning, capability development, and technical succession planning activities\n\nPromote adoption of integration standards, modern engineering practices, and reusable solutions\n\nAbout You\nWe know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people.
