Supports all onshore and offshore assets in the EMED concession.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyzes, assesses, and improves Valves and Flange asset integrity, reliability, and preventative as well as predictive maintenance programs. \nManages critical valve maintenance program for the Business Unit - identification, preventative maintenance program development and sustainment, and corrective repair for all assets in the Business Unit.\nLeads identification and implementation of centralized vs facility led maintenance work activities for fixed equipment and valves across the Business Unit\nPerforms/participates in inspections, reliability incident investigations, optimizations, and mechanical integrity reviews; incorporates findings into the asset care strategy. \nPerforms routine tasks independently. General supervision of non-routine work. Has basic knowledge of Chevron policies and practices.\nSafety - Holds safety as a core value. Complies with safety requirements and expects others to do the same. Experience in industrial settings with a high level of risk recognition. Experience with Safe Work practices and procedures such as Isolation of Hazardous Energy, Confined Space Entry, Hot Work and Permit to Work systems. \nTechnical Knowledge - Experience with fixed equipment and Valve maintenance and troubleshooting. Broad knowledge of piping, fixed equipment, valves, welding, and reliability programs. Well versed in Work Order Management and Preventative maintenance platforms, ITPM development, valve maintenance. Experience in Operations / Maintenance / Engineering Support. Experience in supporting fixed equipment and valves maintenance activities and support of Turnaround (TAR) work scope planning and execution. Strong problem resolution skills.\nTeamwork - Strong teamwork skills, strong communication skills, strong initiative, learning capacity, and mentoring ability. Ability to transfer knowledge and skills to less experienced employees. Able to work in a multilingual-cultural environment. Ability to work closely with Maintenance, Operations and Facilities Engineering to troubleshoot issues and solve complex problems.\nRequired Qualifications:\nLooking for candidate commitment to safety as a core value.\nFrom a maintenance, operations or engineering background with knowledge of piping, fixed equipment, valves, welding, and reliability programs.\nKnowledge of Safe Work practices and procedures such as Isolation of Hazardous Energy, Confined Space Entry, Hot Work and Permit to Work systems.\nWilling to travel to offshore and onshore facilities.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with work order management, preventative maintenance and repairs.\nExperience in work order data management / CMMS systems.\nAbility to read P&IDs, isometrics, and maintenance procedures.\nMechanical trade qualification or equivalent technical certification.\nVendor or OEM valve maintenance experience.\nProven experience with valve maintenance, flange assembly, and bolted joint work.\nCompetence in flange assembly techniques including hand torque and hydraulic tightening.\nFamiliarity with flange management systems and joint integrity requirements.\nSpecial Considerations:\nThis is a 14/14 rotational position based out of AOT with expectation of travel to offshore locations ~80% of the time. \nRequired Fit for Duty for offshore travel.\nThis position is based in Israel and is only open to candidates who are legally authorized to work in Israel.\nChevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by
