With a focus on creativity and operational excellence, this role contributes to Chewy’s mission of delighting pet parents with personalized and memorable experiences.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage the 1099 Artist Network:Onboard new artists and maintain ongoing relationships within the network.\nMonitor performance, provide feedback, and address escalations related to quality or timeliness.\nEnsure all artist submissions meet company standards and are returned within agreed-upon timeframes.\n\nQuality Assurance and Coordination:Review customer-submitted pet photos to ensure quality for processing.\nAssign photo batches to artists and oversee the workflow for timely completion.\nConduct quality checks on final submissions and communicate improvements as needed.\n\n Customer-Focused Tasks:Process and review requests from internal teams (e.g., customer service, PR, social media) and curate thoughtful, personalized gifts for customers.\nEngage creatively to craft custom card messages.\nEnsure customer information is handled securely and disposed of appropriately.\n\nOperational Tasks:Operate standard office equipment, including printers, scanners, and laminators.\nUse Oracle and other internal tools to log and manage requests efficiently.\nAdapt to evolving business needs and assist with additional responsibilities as required.\n\nHourly Rate: $18/hr\nWhat You’ll Need:\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent\nExceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).\nStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.\nProficiency with Microsoft Suite and other relevant tools.\nAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.\nFlexibility to work overtime and shift schedules as needed.\nOperate with ownership and be a self-starter.\nAdaptable to change and dedicated to maintaining confidentiality with customer data.\nDemonstrated reliability and commitment to excellence.\nChewy is an equal opportunity employer.
