Reporting to the Director of Benefits, this leader will shape a consistent, compliant, and compassionate experience across immigration, relocation, international assignments, and related mobility services.\nYou will partner across HR, Legal, Finance, Tax, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Total Rewards, and business leadership to help Chewy place and retain talent where it can have the greatest impact. This role is ideal for a leader who pairs deep subject-matter expertise with operational rigor, sound judgment, and a genuine commitment to the Team Member experience.\nWhat You'll Do:\nSet the global mobility strategy and multi-year roadmap, translating business and talent priorities into scalable programs and policies\nOwn the end-to-end portfolio covering domestic and international relocation, short- and long-term assignments, permanent transfers, commuter arrangements, and business traveler support\nPartner with internal teams and external advisors for seamless immigration support\nLead complex mobility cases, balancing Team Member experience, business need, legal requirements, cost, precedent, and risk; providing clear recommendations to senior leaders\nEstablish strong compliance controls in partnership with internal teams and external advisors\nModernize and harmonize policies, eligibility frameworks, exception governance, documentation, and approval pathways while preserving flexibility for evolving business needs\nManage mobility vendors and advisors, including contracts, service levels, escalations, spend, renewals, competitive reviews, and continuous improvement plans\nBuild operating mechanisms and dashboards that track case volume, key performance metrics, and outcomes, and translate data into executive-ready insights\nPartner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business leaders early in workforce and hiring decisions to assess feasibility, timing, cost, and candidate or Team Member experience\nDevelop practical guidance, communications, manager training, and self-service resources that make mobility programs easier to understand and navigate\nMonitor regulatory and market developments and assess their impact to internal process, vendor practices, and stakeholder communications\nSupport due diligence and integration activities related to acquisitions, new-country expansion, or other business changes with mobility implications\nWhat You'll Need:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Law, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience\n7+ years of progressive global mobility, immigration, relocation, international assignment, or related Total Rewards experience\n5+ years leading people, programs, or complex cross-functional work\nDeep working knowledge of global mobility program design and administration, with strong command of U.S. immigration, and familiarity with cross-border tax, payroll, social security, employment, and data privacy considerations\nDemonstrated experience creating policies and controls, governing exceptions, managing complex cases, and translating technical risk into practical business decisions\nStrong vendor-management and financial acumen, including contracts, service-level expectations, budgets, invoice governance, and performance reviews\nAbility to influence senior stakeholders, work across time zones, and communicate complex topics with clarity, empathy, and appropriate discretion\nAnalytical and operational strength, including the ability to use data to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and prioritize improvements\nOccasional business travel may be required\nPreferred Qualifications:\nGlobal Mobility Specialist (GMS), Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), SHRM, or similar relevant certification\nExperience with global mobility technology, case-management platforms, HRIS tools such as Workday, and data visualization or reporting tools\nExperience building or transforming a global mobility function, implementing a new service-delivery model, or supporting international growth\nThe base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $160,000.00.\nThe specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
