By building strong partnerships across the business, you will translate organizational priorities into workplace solutions that enable productivity, collaboration, and long-term portfolio success.\nBeyond your site, you will help shape the future of the Facilities organization by partnering with peers to develop enterprise programs, operating standards, performance metrics, and best practices that strengthen consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across Chewy's workplace portfolio.\nBusiness Partnership & Workplace Strategy\nServe as the senior onsite Facilities leader, partnering with business leaders and Workplace Strategy to align workplace operations, occupancy, and workplace planning with evolving business priorities.\n\nLeverage workplace, occupancy, operational, and financial data to identify trends, provide strategic recommendations, and continuously improve Team Member experience and workplace performance.\n\nBuild trusted partnerships across HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, EHS, Asset Protection, Workplace Strategy, and Corporate Real Estate to deliver integrated workplace solutions.\n\nExercise sound business judgment by balancing Team Member experience, operational reliability, financial stewardship, and business risk in workplace decisions.\n\nEnterprise Leadership & Functional Excellence\nPartner with Facilities leaders across the portfolio to design, standardize, and continuously improve enterprise-wide programs, operating standards, and business processes, leading initiatives where appropriate and supporting enterprise priorities across the organization.\n\nUse qualitative and quantitative insights to identify trends, share best practices, and improve consistency, scalability, and service delivery across the Facilities function.\n\nHelp establish enterprise operating rhythms, business reviews, performance metrics, reporting, and governance that improve visibility, accountability, and execution.\n\nFoster a collaborative One Team culture by sharing expertise, developing peers, and contributing to the continued maturity of the Facilities organization.\n\nOperational Excellence & Service Delivery\nOwn the safe, reliable, compliant, and day-to-day operational performance of the workplace.\n\nDeliver exceptional workplace services through effective management of facility operations, maintenance programs, service providers, landlords, and business partners.\n\nEstablish service standards, vendor expectations, and operational KPIs that drive accountability and an exceptional Team Member experience.\n\nLead workplace improvements, moves, space optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance operational effectiveness and workplace readiness.\n\nFinancial Stewardship & Capital Planning\nOwn operating and capital budgets, financial forecasting, and multi-year capital planning.\n\nDevelop business cases and prioritize investments that support operational excellence and long-term portfolio objectives.\n\nPartner with Finance and Procurement to optimize contracts, maximize value, and ensure disciplined financial management.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize occupancy costs, prioritize capital investments, and reduce long-term operational risk.\n\nPeople Leadership\nBuild, coach, and develop a high-performing onsite Facilities team while serving as a mentor and collaborative partner across the broader Facilities organization.\n\nCreate a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, customer obsession, and continuous improvement.\n\nDevelop future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and intentional capability building.\n\nRisk, Safety & Business Continuity\nPartner with EHS and Asset Protection to maintain a safe, compliant, and secure workplace.\n\nLead emergency preparedness, business continuity, and incident response planning.\n\nServe as the primary onsite escalation point for critical operational issues and executive support.\n\nCommunicate operational performance, workplace initiatives, and business risks to leaders through timely, clear, and data-informed communication.\n\nWhat You'll Need:\n7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Operations, Property Management, or Corporate Real Estate.\n\nExperience leading complex workplace operations, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional partnerships in a corporate environment.\n\nStrong business and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.\n\nDemonstrated ability to influence without authority, lead through ambiguity, and build trusted partnerships across business functions.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\n\nThe base salary range for this role is $110,500 - $176,000.00.The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
