We value thoughtful design, clear communication, strong testing, and a willingness to learn.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nBuild, test, and maintain full-stack experiences, services, APIs, and internal tools that support promotions and offers\nCollaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to break down requirements and deliver incremental improvements\nWrite readable, maintainable full-stack code, including React.js user interfaces and backend services, and participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team ceremonies\nDevelop unit and integration tests, debug issues, and improve the reliability of the systems you support\nLearn and apply engineering best practices for data, APIs, observability, security, and performance\nInvestigate production issues with support from teammates and contribute to root-cause analysis and follow-up fixes\nUse monitoring and operational feedback to identify opportunities to improve customer and team experiences\nContribute to documentation and share knowledge as you grow your understanding of the Promotions domain\nWhat You’ll Need:\nBA/BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience\n0-2 years of software engineering experience, including internships, co-ops, or substantial academic projects\nExperience with React.js and modern front-end development, plus exposure to backend services or APIs\nUnderstanding of core software engineering concepts, including data structures, algorithms, APIs, and databases\nExperience writing tests and debugging code; familiarity with version control and code review workflows\nAbility to learn unfamiliar systems and ask clear, thoughtful questions\nStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams\nAbility to balance multiple priorities and adapt as requirements or information change\nCustomer focus, curiosity, and a commitment to building reliable, maintainable software\nPosition may require travel\nThe base salary range for this role is $97,500 - $160,000.00.The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
