You will be a part of an amazing team and contributing to a growth initiative.\nWhat You'll Do:\nDesign, develop and implement solutions using varied technologies focusing on scalability, latency, and resiliency.\nCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate product requirements into well-defined technical solutions and deliver high-quality features.\nWrite high-quality, maintainable code, develop clear technical designs, and participate in code and design reviews to ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.\nContribute to the evolution of service architecture, data architecture, DevOps practices, infrastructure as code, deployment pipelines, and public cloud services as part of a collaborative software development team.\nCommunicate development progress, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.\nProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers while leading by example through strong engineering practices.\nActively participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.\nParticipate in on-call rotations to monitor production systems and investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents to maintain system reliability.\nPosition may require travel.\nWhat You'll Need:\nBachelor's degree in computer science (or a related field) or equivalent work experience.\n4+ years of experience with Java and with related frameworks - Spring Webflux and/or Spring Boot.\n4+ years of experience building, deploying, testing APIs and micro services in a distributed systems environment.\n2+ years of experience developing features using PostgreSQL or other SQL-based databases.\n2+ years of experience in system design.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tool.\nExperience with Playwright or similar automation testing tools.\nExperience with AWS cloud and terraform.\nStrong understanding of data structures and algorithms.\nExperience with high-performing and scalable systems.\nAbility to think independently and break down product requirements into well-defined tasks.\nExperience in monitoring the production environment, troubleshooting, triaging, and addressing production issues.\nBonus (Preferred Qualifications):\nHands-on experience developing user interfaces using React.js, including component design, state management, TypeScript and integration with RESTful APIs.\nExperience in e-commerce.\nThe base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $190,000.00.The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
