We look forward to speaking with you!\nWhat you’lldo:\nCoordinate all new hire related activities including new team member communication, on-site preparation, orientation scheduling, and assistleadership with onboarding questions and tasks as it relates to new hires.\n\nConducts new employee orientations on-site to ensure employees gain an understanding of benefit plans, policies, and procedures.Will also be accountable for completing new employee I9 forms and audits as needed.\n\nComplete attendance reporting, processestime sheet punches and payroll adjustments to ensure accuracy of time sheets. Completes shift transfer changes. Processes changeswithin time limits.\n\nMaintains employee files, initiatesdrug and background screeningsand conducts routine file audits.\n\nCompletes Board of Pharmacy registrations, renewals and document keeping, and auditsas necessary.\n\nWrites, revises, edits and proofreads company policies & procedures and related documents as needed.\n\nUses phone, email, bulletin boardsand other vehicles to communicate information. Produces the Company telephone directory.\n\nResponsible for assigning lockers to new employees and maintainingan accuratelog of available lockers.\n\nAssistwith, and plan and implement HR and other office events.\n\nProvide administrative support to the assigned HRBP function and local HR team.\n\nPerforms other HR generalist duties as assigned.\n\nWhat you’llneed:\nPreferred Bachelor’sdegree, majorin business or human resources preferred.\n\n1 to 3 years of experience coordinating general human resources duties required.\n\nMust have digital literacy and the ability to learn HRIS system (Paychex or Kronos).\n\nMust be proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel.\n\nOutstanding verbal/written skills and presentation skills. Good punctuation, spelling, grammarand attention to detail a must.\n\nStrong social skills crucial.\n\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, which could include days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays\n\nChewy is an equal opportunity employer.
