We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Administrator - Planning Specialist to support, optimize, and enhance our Oracle EPM Planning ecosystem.\nIn this role, you will administer and improve Oracle EPM Cloud Planning solutions, including Workforce, Capital, and Financials Planning, while partnering closely with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and IT teams. Come run with the Pack!\nWhat You’ll Do:\nAdminister and support Oracle EPM Cloud Planning applications, including Workforce, Capital, Financials Planning, and Strategic Modeling.\n\nManage Development, Test, and Production environments, migrations, deployments, and Oracle quarterly updates.\n\nConfigure metadata, hierarchies, security, dashboards, forms, business rules, and calculation scripts.\n\nBuild and maintain integrations using Data Integration, REST APIs, EPM Integration Agent, and flat file processes.\n\nMonitor system performance, integrations, scheduled jobs, and application availability to ensure reliable operations.\n\nPartner with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and IT teams to deliver scalable planning and forecasting solutions.\n\nTroubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and improve user experience through automation and process enhancements.\n\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, reporting, governance, documentation, testing, and end-user training initiatives across the enterprise.\n\nWhat You’ll Need:\nBachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.\n\n7+ years of experience administering Oracle EPM or Hyperion Planning solutions.\n\nHands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and related planning modules.\n\nSolid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and FP&A processes.\n\nExperience supporting integrations between Oracle EPM, ERP systems, and data warehouse platforms.\n\nKnowledge of REST APIs, EPM Automate, SQL, Groovy scripting, or ETL tools preferred.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.\n\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with technical and non-technical customers.\n\nStrong ownership mindset with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.\n\nability to translate technical insights into business value.\n\nThe base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $160,000.00.The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
