Through business analytics, reporting, forecasting, CRM support, and data management. The role transforms complex data into actionable insights to support business planning and decision-making.The Business Analyst reports to the Head of Business Knowledge & Strategic Insights, CZ&SK.\nPersonal responsibilities and tasks\nData Management & Business Intelligence\nConsolidate, validate, and integrate data from multiple sources, including sales, prescription, distribution, and market research data.\nDevelop and maintain data models, Power BI dashboards, and automated reports using Excel, Power Query, and DAX.\nEnsure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems.\nReporting & Business Performance Analysis\nPrepare monthly and ad hoc reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales, market share, customer development, and territory performance.\nConduct variance analysis, explain deviations from targets and forecasts, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.\nSupport business planning, budgeting, target setting, forecasting, and product performance assessments.\nCRM & Stakeholder Support\nMaintain and improve the internal CRM solution based on the Salesforce platform, including report maintenance, enhancements, and support for business processes.\nResolve data-related issues and coordinate reporting requirements with internal stakeholders and external partners, including IQVIA.\nWork closely with Field Force Managers to support performance reviews, planning, and data-driven decision-making.\nPublic Data & Market Intelligence\nIndependently identify, request, and obtain relevant publicly available healthcare and pharmaceutical data from official Czech institutions, particularly ÚZIS (Institute of Health Information and Statistics of the Czech Republic) and SÚKL (State Institute for Drug Control).\nManage communication with these institutions regarding data availability, access procedures, data specifications, and publication schedules.\nDevelop and implement tools and processes to analyse, transform, and effectively utilise acquired data for healthcare market analysis and business intelligence.\nAssess the quality, completeness, and relevance of acquired datasets and integrate them into business reporting, market assessments, and Power BI solutions.\nMonitor updates to official healthcare statistics, pharmaceutical registers, and other relevant data sources.\nFuture focus:\nIndependent identification, requisition and obtaining relevant public healthcare and pharmaceutical data from ÚZIS and SÚKL, including managing data requests, clarifying data specifications, and coordinating access to datasets.\nAssessment of acquired data and development of methods and tools to integrate it into business reporting, healthcare market analysis, and business intelligence solutions.\nProfessional qualifications and skills:\nWhat you need to succeed in this role:\nThe following qualifications and experience are essential for the position and required to progress in the selection process.\nExcellent Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, and data modelling\nExperience with Power BI, including the ability to develop, adapt, maintain, and improve reports and dashboards.\nAbility to consolidate data from multiple sources and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.\nAbility to independently identify, request, and obtain relevant public healthcare and pharmaceutical data\nAbility to assess acquired data and develop methods and tools to integrate it into business reporting, healthcare market analysis, and business intelligence solutions\nStrong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail\nEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher\nCzech proficiency at C1-C2 level (ability to read legal statements in Czech language, write e-mails in Czech language and communicate fluently with various stakeholders in Czech language\nPreffered qualifications and skills:\nExperience with Power Query (M), DAX, databases, and advanced data modelling.\nExperience in pharmaceutical analytics, CRM systems, sales operations, or business performance management.\nFamiliarity with IQVIA data, market share analysis, and the Czech and Slovak healthcare markets.\nEducation:University degree in the field of IT, mathematics, statistics, economy or technical fields.\nInterested in joining our team?
