We’re looking for a trainer and community connector to bring it to schools, youth organizations, and families.\nWhat You’ll Do\nTeach. Lead engaging Speak Up Be Safe classes using role-plays, Q&A, and one-on-one sessions, and create a safe, supportive learning space.\nBe a safe adult. Be ready to support any child or teen who chooses to disclose abuse, and connect them with resources.\nBuild partnerships. Reach out to schools, youth-serving organizations, and community groups, and promote Speak Up Be Safe as an effective prevention program.\nPlan and market. Develop an outreach plan with clear strategies, timelines, and goals, and present short information sessions to attract new partners.\nImprove and report. Use participant feedback to strengthen your classes, and track results in our learning management system.\nGrow as a trainer. Complete our Training for Trainers workshop and keep your credentials current, with ongoing coaching and development.\nQualifications\nWhat You'll Bring\nA bachelor’s degree, or 1-3 years of related experience (or an equivalent mix of education and experience)\nAt least one year of experience delivering trainings or presentations, or at least one year in marketing or sales\nComfort presenting to a variety of audiences, including children and teens\nStrong relationship-building and communication skills, and the ability to work independently\nWillingness to travel locally for classes and outreach, and to use a personal vehicle when needed\nWhy Join Childhelp?\nIf you want your work to make a lasting difference in a child’s life, then come join our team.
