This position will manage a group of approximately five staff. The CTL Lab Manager will oversee and perform as necessary clinical stem cell processing such as cryopreservation, T cell receptor alpha/beta and CD19 depletion, and red blood cell depletion. They will also be responsible for managing logistics supporting commercial gene therapies. Other responsibilities include working collaboratively with other leaders within the CTL and other clinical divisions to ensure the safe delivery of clinical products and performance according to the highest quality standards, participating and/or leading in quality improvement initiatives, utilizing resources effectively, onboarding and training of new and existing staff, bringing ideas and concerns to program leadership, and managing the budget effectively.\nMinimum Education\nMaster's Degree Biology or a related science.
