We are looking for an amazing Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our Dental Practice!

Job Type

• Full-Time
• Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; 2 Saturdays in a month 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Hourly+ Benefits + Monthly Bonuses
• pay rate $23.00- $26.00

We are a rapidly growing Pediatric Dental Practice with 18 locations across Los Angeles County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County, and Ventura County.

Children's Dental FunZone is dedicated to serving the unique needs of children, toddlers, and teens. We offer comprehensive services including preventive Pediatric Dental Care and Orthodontics. Job Duties

• Discuss treatment planning, treatment options, benefits, and financial arrangements with patients
• Familiar with electronic billing
• Knowledge of PPO, HMO, and Denti-cal insurance plans
• Commination well with Children and their parents
• Prepare, present, and educate patients on dental treatment plan options
• Offer patients alternate means of payment methods
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyles and Hygiene

• Knowledge of Dentrix preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
