Position Overview:
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED & MOTIVATED Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pediatric dental specialty office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine love for working with children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth workflow and team efficiency
- Supervise and train staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration to reach operational goals
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to provide exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years Experience in management role (team of at least x10)
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in a dental office management role, preferably in a pediatric setting.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care and customer service.
- Proficient in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
