Moreover, your strong partnership with Checkr's Product, Financial Planning & Strategy, Data Engineering, and cross-functional business teams will be the key to unlocking their potential through the strategic use of data and be the last mile for translation to impact on business. \nWhat you’ll do: \nPartner with business stakeholders to gain deep understanding of our products and customers\nEffectively communicate insights and recommendations from your analysis to a non-technical audience across all organizational levels\nCollaborate closely with product owners and finance partners to analyze the value of new features, enhancements, and projects \nBased on exploratory analysis, create customer profiles, develop metrics to inform pricing and monetization strategies\nWork with engineers to develop data sources and core metrics to be utilized by the entire company\nExperimentation Evangelist - educate and promote a data driven culture through experimentation\nWhat you bring: \n4+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, with at least 3+ years in a product analytics/data science role\nAdvanced proficiency in SQL, as well as an understanding of data warehouse principles including data modeling; Bonus points for experience with dbt\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on data and experiment results\nStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to distill complex analytical solutions into actionable insights and communicate business impact to non technical audiences\nA demonstrated self-starter with excellent prioritization skills, able to drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.\nAn A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.\nPay Transparency Disclosure\nWe use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
