About the Role Brand Strategy & Activations is the brand steward at Chime. We own the integrated campaigns that carry the brand, from brief through production to the readout on how the work performed. Outside of campaigns, we run the social-led work, partnerships, and talent that put Chime into culture. Teams across the company rely on Brand every day, and we’re accountable for being the glue that gets great work out the door. The Head of Brand generates a large volume of ideas and direction. This role is the person who catches it and turns it into work the company can actually execute: a goal, an owner, a brief, a schedule, and a result. If you’ve ever sat in a room and known exactly how a loose idea becomes a shipped campaign, this is that job. You’ll work across Creative, Media, Social, Partnerships, Insights, Product Marketing, Legal, and Compliance, plus our external agency partners.
