Change Lives.\nSchedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm\nSalary: $65,000 - $75,000\nProgram: Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS)\nLocation: Philadelphia & Delaware Counties\nWhat you will do\nProvide direct supervision to program staff (individual and group), maintain 24-hour availability for emergency consultation, and offer backup supervisory support to other programs as needed\n\nEnsure all program services comply with recovery and cultural competency principles, applicable licensing standards, contractual requirements, and agency policies\n\nCollect and assess outcome data, conduct continual program evaluation, and develop and implement performance improvement strategies\n\nOversee staff development through regular meetings, in-service training, and performance feedback; assist supervisor in developing the annual program plan\n\nManage program operations including budget oversight, documentation of compliance indicators, community and interagency relations, and development of formal proposals to address program needs\n\nWhat you Bring\nMaster's Degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university (or evaluated foreign equivalent), with a minimum of three years of post-degree experience in behavioral health, including one year of progressive supervisory responsibility and at least one year of direct mental health services to children, youth, or young adults\n\nActive Pennsylvania licensure required in one of the following: LPC, LCSW, LSW, psychologist, psychiatrist, CRNP with mental health certification, marriage and family therapist, or licensed behavior specialist - with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of IBHS services\n\nPennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, criminal clearance, and fingerprint-based federal criminal history check; verified absence from all Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion lists\n\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\n Medical plan starting at $13.80/mo.
