improve IT systems.\n- Coordinate with NTRA and the Purchasing Department regarding telecommunications services, internet contracts, invoices, and license renewals.\n- Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades, digitalization initiatives, and network optimization projects.\nRequirements\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n- Good English communication skills.\n- Good knowledge of IT hardware and software maintenance.\n- Practical experience in LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and network troubleshooting.\n- Knowledge of low-voltage systems such as CCTV, access control, attendance, and telephone systems.\n- Familiarity with ERP, OA, email, and enterprise communication systems.\n- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication
