You'll make sure data requests, product dashboards, MI, analysis and operational controls are delivered to agreed priorities and standards, and you'll develop a team of analysts.\nWhat you can expect to be doing:\nLine manage the analytics team, including Analysts and the Analytics Lead: 1:1s, objectives, performance and development.\n\nOwn intake and prioritisation of data requests from across the business, and set and meet turnaround SLAs.\n\nSupply accurate and timely reporting, analysis and operational data to teams including Finance, Marketing, Product and Operations.\n\nPartner with Product Managers to support feature rollout, performance tracking and post-launch reviews.\n\nOwn analytics-built operational controls, monitoring and MI, making sure they run on time, are documented and stay current.\n\nAllocate analysts across Product, balancing BAU demand against Product requirements.\n\nWork with the Analytics Lead to maintain coding, visualisation and data quality standards.\n\nPrioritise the team's automation and tooling requests, and make sure delivered tools are adopted and controlled.\n\nLeadership\nOwn hiring, development and performance management for the team.\n\nFoster a culture of quality, collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.\n\nSupport the Analytics Lead's growth as a technical specialist.\n\nRaise risks and capacity constraints early with the Head of Operations.\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\nExperience managing or leading a team of data analysts, ideally in a fast-paced, product-led or regulated environment.\n\nStrong SQL and experience with BI tools; comfortable interpreting and challenging data.\n\nExperience prioritising competing requests from a range of stakeholders.\n\nUnderstanding of operational controls and data quality.\n\nAble to translate business problems into clear technical requirements.\n\nStrong data storytelling for a range of audiences.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organisation.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience in fintech or financial services.\n\nFamiliarity with modern data tooling (e.g. Databricks, Python).\n\nWorking knowledge of data governance, including safe use of AI tools with customer data.\n\nDegree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field.\n\nWhat we’re really looking for:\nWe’re looking for someone who’s genuinely excited about Chip and energised by the opportunity to help build the future of wealth, making saving, investing and pensions simpler and more accessible for everyone.\nWe work in a regulated space, so the bar is high.
