Working closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams, you will manage programs from planning and budget all the way through execution, lead follow-up, and marketing analysis.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive APAC and EMEA field marketing, aligning program priorities, targets, budgets, and success metrics with regional sales teams.\n\nPlan and deliver conferences, customer dinners, technical workshops, roadshows, and partner events, managing timelines, vendors, logistics, and execution.\n\nCoordinate local-language marketing materials and regional campaigns to support relevant, consistent customer engagement.\n\nManage marketing operations, including event setup, lead capture, follow-up, tracking budgets and invoices, maintaining accurate spending forecasts and records.\n\nOwn marketing analytics and performance reporting, turning campaign, digital, and CRM data into actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and pipeline growth.\n\nBuild and maintain dashboards tracking target-account engagement, qualified leads, funnel conversion, pipeline contribution, cost per opportunity, and marketing ROI.\n\nAnalyze performance across website, email, paid media, social media, and events to identify the channels, audiences, and programs that generate qualified opportunities.\n\nSupport Taiwan and regional business operations as needed, including executive visit logistics, travel coordination, customer meeting arrangements, local vendors, and other administrative support related to regional business activities.\n\nQualifications\n5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, event management, and marketing operations, with ownership of regional programs and budgets.\n\nWorking knowledge of semiconductor design and verification technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear event campaign copy, customer communications, and marketing content.\n\nHands-on proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, digital analytics and / or AI tools for campaign analysis and reporting.\n\nStrong analytical skills, including experience building dashboards, evaluating funnel conversion and campaign ROI, and translating findings into recommendations for targeting, spending, and program improvements.\n\nStrong project management and vendor negotiation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage overlapping deadlines.\n\nAbility to travel for regional events and coordinate across APAC, EMEA, and U.S. time zones.\n\nPrior marketing experience in semiconductors is preferred; familiarity with chip design tools is a plus.\n\nWhy ChipAgents\nOwn regional field programs that bring agentic AI to semiconductor engineering teams.\n\nWork directly with sales, technical leaders, customers, and ecosystem partners across international markets.\n\nBuild the processes and analytics that help a growing marketing team scale.\n\nEqual Opportunity\nChipAgents is an equal opportunity employer.
