Chiri must be one of their top answers.\nRole Overview\nWe're looking for a Full Stack AI Product Engineer across South & Central America to help design, build, and scale software solutions for both Chiri and our clients.\nThis role is primarily backend-focused (approximately 70% backend / 30% frontend) and is ideal for an engineer who enjoys building products end-to-end, from APIs and integrations to user-facing experiences.\nFor this role, we are specifically looking for an engineer with strong TypeScript experience, working knowledge of Python, and hands-on experience building and operating applications in Microsoft Azure.\nYou'll work on a combination of client platforms, AI-powered applications, integrations, business automation initiatives, and data-driven workflows that support measurable business outcomes.\nOur engineers don't just build features. They help solve business problems. Strong candidates can clearly articulate the impact of their work, whether that's improving operational efficiency, reducing manual effort, increasing revenue opportunities, or improving customer experiences.\nThis particular role will include work involving sales and revenue workflows, enterprise integrations, and conversational data. Experience supporting sales organizations, working with sales-call transcripts, or integrating with Salesforce is especially valuable.\nYou'll start by learning Chiri's engineering patterns, frameworks, and platform components, then progressively take ownership of larger features, systems, and technical initiatives as you grow within the team.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications.\nBuild scalable backend systems, APIs, integrations, and product capabilities primarily using TypeScript, with Python where appropriate.\nDevelop performant and user-friendly frontend applications using modern web technologies.\nBuild features and solutions for both client platforms and Chiri's internal products.\nDesign and build AI-powered applications, integrations, automations, and workflows using modern LLMs and AI models.\nBuild and operate applications and services in Microsoft Azure.\nDefine and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and infrastructure as code.\nBuild and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployment.\nIntegrate third-party platforms, APIs, enterprise applications, and business systems.\nWork with structured and unstructured data, including conversational data such as call transcripts.\nBuild workflows that extract, transform, structure, analyze, and operationalize information from unstructured text and business systems.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nParticipate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions.\nCollaborate with engineers, product stakeholders, and client teams to deliver high-quality solutions.\nOptimize application performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.\nRequired Skills and Experience\n5+ years of professional software engineering experience.\nStrong production experience with TypeScript.\nWorking professional experience with Python.\nProfessional experience building backend services, APIs, integrations, and data workflows.\nExperience developing frontend applications using React, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks.\nExperience building production software that incorporates LLMs, AI models, or AI-powered workflows.\nAt least 1-2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure experience.\nHands-on experience with Terraform or comparable infrastructure-as-code tooling.\nExperience with Docker and containerized application development.\nStrong understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices.\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development workflows.\nStrong SQL and relational data fundamentals.\nExperience integrating external APIs and business applications into production systems.\nExperience owning features from design through deployment and ongoing support.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience building AI-native SaaS products, agentic applications, or LLM-powered workflows.\nExperience supporting sales, revenue operations, or go-to-market organizations through software and automation.\nExperience integrating with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.\nExperience working with sales-call transcripts, conversation intelligence data, meeting transcripts, or other conversational data.\nExperience turning unstructured text into structured data, insights, workflows, or automated actions.\nExperience with sales technology platforms, CRM-driven workflows, or revenue operations systems.\nStrong Python experience, particularly for AI, data processing, integrations, or backend services.\nExperience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases.\nExperience integrating third-party systems, APIs, and enterprise business applications.\nExperience with Azure-native services and production cloud architecture.\nExperience participating in customer meetings, requirements gathering, or solution design discussions.\nExperience working in startup or high-growth environments.\nDemonstrated examples of delivering measurable business outcomes through technology.\nExperience mentoring engineers or contributing to technical decision-making.\nWhat We Offer\nA fast-paced, fully remote environment with meaningful ownership.\nThe opportunity to help define what “enterprise-ready AI” actually means.\nAccess to cutting-edge AI tools, models, and internal playbooks.\nThe chance to help clients achieve tangible outcomes -
