The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ownership - from understanding requirements to designing, developing, and delivering scalable AI solutions. You'll work on cutting-edge projects involving NLP, text analytics, and text generation, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the innovation culture at ChiStats.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\n- Design and implement innovative machine learning and deep learning solutions, particularly in NLP and text analytics.\n\n- Build, train, and validate models for text analytics, NLP, and text generation tasks.\n\n- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and statistical modeling.\n\n- Evaluate model performance and conduct experiments for optimization and fine-tuning.\n\n- Communicate findings, insights, and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\n- Stay current with advancements in machine learning, NLP, and GenAI technologies.\n\n- Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.\n\nRequired Skill Set :\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.\n\n- Proven expertise in text analytics, NLP, machine learning, and deep learning.\n\n- Proficient in Python and associated libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, NLTK, spaCy).\n\n- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.\n\n- Experience using Hugging Face Transformers for training, fine-tuning, and validation.\n\n- Strong understanding and practical experience with models like BERT, T5, BART, or FLAN-T5.\n\n- Experience in hyperparameter tuning and model optimization in at least one real-world project.\n\n- Experience designing RAG pipelines and multi-agentic AI solutions.\n\n- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model deployment.\n\nGood-to-Have Skill Set :\n\n- In-depth understanding of transformer architectures and advanced NLP techniques.\n\n- Experience working with generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, GPT).\n\n- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or related
