You will be responsible for managing and coordinating safety initiatives, guiding Safety Managers, field Superintendents, project teams, and subcontractor partners to ensure every project is completed safely and successfully. In this role, you will help shape attitudes and behaviors around safety, reinforcing the expectation that every worker returns home safely each day. You will lead the education and training of field personnel, build strong relationships with regulatory agencies such as OSHA, and represent the Company’s commitment to safety excellence. You will also play a key role in developing Safety Managers, sharing best practices across projects, and partnering with the VP of Health and Safety to implement new safety programs and initiatives.
