This role is intended for seasoned construction professionals with at least 15 years of overall construction experience, including a minimum of 10 years as a Project Manager managing projects of increasing scope and complexity, who are ready to lead at the highest operational level. You bring deep expertise in planning, organizing, contract and subcontract administration, schedule and cost control, and quality oversight, often accomplishing this through the leadership and development of Project Managers, Superintendents, and supporting staff. Working closely with your teams, you ensure projects are executed safely, profitably, and to the highest standards, resulting in exceptional client satisfaction.
