Previous experience with Good Lab Practice.\nEducation \n* Required: High School Diploma/ GEDor equivalent. Graduation from Phlebotomist Tech training program.\n* Preferred: Completion of some college level courses.\nSpecialized Skills \n* Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
