Develop and execute content strategies by conceptualizing, planning, and producing multimedia projects that align with brand goals and audience needs.\n2. Responsible for end-to-end production workflows, including scripting, storyboarding, estimates, expense tracking, scheduling, shooting, editing, and final delivery of Tier 2 & 3 projects.\n3. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business goals.\n4. Coordinate and supervise production vendors & talent, including requesting quotes/bids and managing schedules for crew members and vendors.\n5. Oversee on-camera talent and production crews during shoots to ensure high-quality performance and adherence to creative vision.\n6. Oversee technical production elements, including video, audio, lighting, graphics, and post-production processes to maintain professional standards.\n7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.\n8. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and quality benchmarks, delivering polished, engaging, and platform-appropriate media.\n9. Manage organize digital assets, including video libraries, raw footage, and archived projects for efficient retrieval and reuse.\n10.
