You will report to the IT Senior Manager.\nPrimary Tasks:\nYou will provide business systems support including a portfolio of distinct applications and hardware products specific to revenue generating entities.\nMonitor business systems to ensure high availability in a 24/7 environment and ensure data backup procedures are in place and functioning properly.\nWork with partners to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations and work with other senior managers to ensure that the IT services are made available to customers and departments.\nHelp define and measure business systems KPIs, define actions to improve the metrics and implement best practice processes.\nYou will perform IT project lead role to ensure IT resources are provisioned and used accordingly.
