This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating risks related to money laundering, fraud and other financial crimes.\nConduct regular one-on-ones to align cultural & business objectives, prioritize the most important work and coach to high performance. \nFacilitate execution through effective situational leadership tools. \nSupport engagement and action by listening to team member feedback - what’s working, what’s not - support them in initiating and executing positive changes and provided them with adequate resources. \nSupport in the team members professional and personal. \nCatch team members being approximately right through timely, individualized recognition. \nPromote collaboration and face to face interaction.\nReview financial transactions for suspicious activity, including patterns indicative of money laundering, fraud or other illicit behavior. \nConduct FIU critical activities, which includes alert clearing, case investigation, SAR decisioning, CTR filling along with 314a and 314b responses. \nConducting in-depth investigations into flagged transactions, identifying potential risks, and respond and collaborate with law enforcement or regulatory agencies when necessary. \nAssessing risk associated with specific customers, accounts or transactions and recommending appropriate actions to mitigate risks. \nEnsuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, including filing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) as needed. \nAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and potential red flags.\nCollaborate with compliance and risk management teams to identify potential risk and recommend risk mitigation strategies. \nPreparing reports and documentation related to suspicious activity, investigations and compliance efforts. \nImplement changes in policies and procedures as required by regulatory updates. \nAid in documentation creation around process and procedures within the FIU space.\nAnalyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks. Conducting quality control tasks, sampling data and providing feedback on process and work. \nPrepare regular reports and documentation for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations. \nContinuously improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency. \nIdentify opportunities for automation and technology enhancements. \nConduct regular one-on-ones to align cultural & business objectives, prioritize the most important work and coach to high performance.\nFacilitate execution through effective situational leadership tools. \nSupport engagement and action by listening to team member feedback - what’s working, what’s not - support them in initiating and executing positive changes and provided them with adequate resources.\nSupport in the team members professional and personal. \nCatch team members being approximately right through timely, individualized recognition.\nPromote collaboration and face to face interaction.\nRequirements\nMinimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience with requisite competencies \nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. \nRelevant certifications (ACAMS) are preferred, not required. \nProficiency in transaction monitoring systems (i.e. Verafin, EY Cognitive Investigator) \nExperience with analytics tools (i.e. Monday.com, Quickbase) \nStrong understanding of BSA/AML regulations and best practices. \nPrior experience within a Sr. Analyst and/or Team Lead transaction monitoring, BSA/AML role.\nTravel Requirement\nThis position requires travel to support business needs, including team collaboration, internal trainings, and cross-functional initiatives.
