Other duties may be assigned.\nPersonal confirmation of all exam, observation, and recall patients\nMaintains a low percentage of no-shows by confirming patient appointments the two nights before and continually monitoring and moving\nNew Patient appointments to maintain a full productive exam schedule every day\nAt confirmation call, reminding patients to fill out paperwork if they have not already to ensure patient is seen in a timely manner\nPutting patients and parents at ease with a friendly meet and greet\nIntroducing patients to the office\nPresenting office tour with patients and parents\nSupport of the office, doctor, and team members\nDiscussion of treatment plan with patients/parents\nDocumentation of diagnostic findings, detailed treatment recommendations and any other pertinent information discussed during the initial consultation by the doctor or treatment coordinator\nExplanation of office policies and procedures\nSchedules contract, records and any follow up appointments needed in Practice Management System\nMaintain and utilize recall system\nMaintaining start conversion percentage goal of 65% per month\nEnter/print/mail patient letters to patients and doctors\nPre-write/print new patient exam letters to doctors and extraction/prescription letters for doctors to review and sign\nFollow up on exam patients.
