Officially registered in Nigeria as ChoiceMart NG Global Enterprise LTD, the e-commerce brand has built a prominent online presence serving customers nationwide with unique personal care treatments.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Oluyole, Ibadan - Oyo 
Resumption: Immediate
Working hours: Monday–Saturday, 8:00am–5:00pm

About the role

• Convert enquiries and assigned orders into completed sales through persuasive conversations, accurate order confirmation, and consistent follow-up.

What you’ll do

• Contact assigned customers promptly through calls and WhatsApp.
• Explain product benefits, prices, packages, and delivery arrangements accurately.
• Handle objections and help customers choose suitable offers.
• Confirm customer details, delivery addresses, package selection, and readiness to receive orders.
• Recommend relevant additional products or larger packages where appropriate.
• Coordinate confirmed orders with the designated delivery team.
• Follow up on pending and scheduled orders until resolved or formally handed over.
• Update the CRM with accurate notes, actions, and order statuses.
• Submit daily reports and escalate complaints or delivery difficulties promptly.

What success looks like

• Delivered orders, delivery rate, upsells, follow-up completion, and record accuracy.

What you’ll bring

• Previous telesales, customer-service, or direct-sales experience, with evidence of closing sales.
• Clear communication, patience, and strong follow-up habits.
• Ability to use WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
• Target-driven attitude and willingness to learn.
