do\n\n Contact assigned customers promptly through calls and WhatsApp.\n\n Explain product benefits, prices, packages, and delivery arrangements accurately.\n\n Handle objections and help customers choose suitable offers.\n\n Confirm customer details, delivery addresses, package selection, and readiness to receive orders.\n\n Recommend relevant additional products or larger packages where appropriate.\n\n Coordinate confirmed orders with the designated delivery team.\n\n Follow up on pending and scheduled orders until resolved or formally handed over.\n\n Update the CRM with accurate notes, actions, and order statuses.\n\n Submit daily reports and escalate complaints or delivery difficulties promptly.\n\nWhat success looks like\n\n Delivered orders, delivery rate, upsells,
